Refund policy

Here at Christopher Radko®, our elves work hard year-round to help not just Santa but you as well! We want you to feel like it is Christmas morning when you receive our magnificent products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, the customer service elves are eager to help! Please take the time to tell us about yourself and your purchase.

In order to make the return process as easy as possible, here are some guidelines for you to follow:

  • Our elves take time and pleasure in ensuring your product gets to you safe and sound! If your package gets broken during the shipping process, please contact our elves – RadkoElves@ChristopherRadko.com or (800)-71-RADKO.
  • If you received the wrong product or it’s not to your liking, you have a full 30 days to tell the workshop.
  • If you have any questions about the workshop or your order, please feel free to speak to a customer service elf at (800)-71-RADKO.

International Refund/Return:

  • What orders qualify to be returned? Items purchased via GlobalShopex may be returned within 30 days of the original order delivery date for refund only.
  • How do I process a return for international orders? To process your International Return, please contact GSX Customer Service department by phone at (786) 391-48-68 or email at customercare@globalshopex.com. GSX will be happy to provide an RMA number & the instructions for customers to send a package back to the merchant.
