Returns & Exchanges

At the Christopher Radko Gallery, we want you to enjoy our beautiful ornaments for years to come. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We sincerely appreciate your business and are eager to assist!

Return Guidelines:

  • All damage claims must be made within FOURTEEN (14) days of receipt of the item.
  • If you received the wrong item or it's not to your liking, you have THIRTY (30) days to request a return or exchange.
  • Ornaments that have been personalized or customized are not available for return or exchange.
  • No returns or exchanges can be accepted on any Christopher Radko ornament without the original Christopher Radko hang tag attached to the ornament.

Broken or Damaged Item(s)

Due to the fragile nature of glass ornaments, please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. All ornaments are carefully hand-inspected before they leave our warehouse, but some ornaments unfortunately become damaged in transit. All damages must be reported within FOURTEEN (14) days of receipt of the item.

To report a broken or damaged item, please take a few photos of the item and fill out the form below or email them to info@radko-christmas.com with "My Order # - Damaged Item" in the subject line. If the shipping box is also damaged, please attach a photo of that as well. Please let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund. Replacements will ship out as available within 1-3 business days. In most cases, the damaged item will NOT need to be returned unless otherwise stated.

Please keep the damaged item and all packing material for a week or so just in case the shipping carrier requires an inspection (this is unlikely). After that time, you may dispose of the damaged item.

Returns & Exchanges

For all other returns and exchanges, please email info@radko-christmas.com or fill out the form below to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for return.

All instructions regarding returns and exchanges will be provided at the time the authorization number is assigned.

Important: Any ornaments returned without an RA number will not be accepted.

Return and Exchange Shipping Fees and "Free Shipping"

Shipping fees incurred for refunds and/or exchanges are the buyer's responsibility and will not be credited or refunded. If you are returning an ornament, the refund or credit you receive will be the price paid for the ornament less the cost of outbound and return S&H. The same applies if you are returning an ornament that was shipped to you with free shipping.

Any ornament purchased with free shipping that is exchanged for another ornament will incur a standard shipping charge for the exchange transaction. Shipping a return or an exchange back to Christopher Radko Gallery is the responsibility of the purchaser and the cost will not be refunded.


Return and Exchanges for Orders Shipped with Free Gift

A maximum of three (3) free ornaments can be earned per order:

  • Orders over $300 will receive one (1) Free Ornament
  • Orders over $600 will receive two (2) Free Ornaments
  • Orders over $900 will receive three (3) Free Ornaments

If returning all or part of your order causes the total amount spent to be below the incentives above, you are required to also return the earned free gift(s) issued to you. If the earned free gift(s) is not returned, the cost of the free ornament will be deducted from the refund or credit issued back to you.
