What are Radko Reward Points?
Every $1 spent = 1 Radko Reward Point. Once you have earned 500 points, you can cash those points in at checkout for $20 off your order. For more information about our Rewards Program, click here!
How do I earn FREE ornaments?
Place an order over $300 and will will send you one (1) FREE ornament with your shipment. Orders over $600 will receive two (2) FREE ornaments and orders over $900 will receive three (3) FREE ornaments. You can earn a maximum of three free ornaments per order. For more information, click here!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
How much is shipping?
All orders over $45 qualify for FREE ground shipping. We ship via Federal Express or USPS. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. For orders under $45, you can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated based on item size, weight, and shipping destination.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer international shipping at this time. For more shipping information, please review our shipping policy
Why was my credit card charged?
All payment information is processed immediately to secure stock of your selection(s). You have the option to make changes or cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.
What does Pre-Order mean?
Pre-Order means that new stock of that style is currently in production. Pre-ordering an item secures your stock as soon as it has arrived in our warehouse. Some Pre-Order styles may be delayed due to production delays. In the case of a delay, we will provide updates as soon as we can.
How do I remove an item or cancel my order?
Just email email@example.com with your order number and item(s) and we will be happy to edit your order and process a refund if necessary!
Do you carry any Retired Radko ornaments?
Select ornament styles are retired every year by Christopher Radko and are no longer produced. Due to popularity, we tend to sell out of Retired ornaments quickly, and once they are gone, we are not able to restock them. You can browse our Retired ornaments here.
Can you tell me the value of my retired ornament?
Unfortunately we are not able to provide valuation services.
